
ÐÒÔË´óתÅÌ has from 2023 become a member of the Pan-European Seal Traineeship Program. This is a comprehensive IP programme which bridges academia and the IP labour market. It covers opportunities in many academic areas. Through it, high-achieving young university graduates or students in the last year of their studies can access paid traineeships at the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante (Spain) or the European Patent Office in Munich (Germany), helping them to get a foot in the door of the competitive world of IP through valuable on-the-job multicultural professional work experience. It’s a 12-months traineeship programme.
To be able to apply candidates need to be shortlisted by the university member. Deadline 20th of Feb. 2024.
The EPO Pan-European Seal Young Professionals Programme (Pan-Seal YPP) offers opportunities within:
- Science and engineering (including IT)
- Human resources and business administration
- International relations and communication
- Economics and finance
- Law
Every shortlisted candidate holding a nationality of one of the EPO member states is eligible to apply if:
- already in hold of diploma degree (Bachelor/Master/PhD)- preferably no more than 2 years since graduation
- or in case of 5-year Master programmes – submitting an attestation from university confirming the bachelor level of so far completed studies (including the number of completed ECTS)
- or candidates who don’t have diploma yet but are in the last year of their Bachelor / Master / PhD studies and expect to receive the diploma at the latest upon the start of the programme (in such case, the application shall contain information on the expected date of completing the studies)
The EUIPO Pan-European Seal Programme offers opportunities within:
- Law (including IP Law and industrial design)
- IP & Knowledge Management
- Political Sciences & International Relations
- Linguistics
- Economics & Business Administration/Entrepreneurship
- Information Technology (including Data Analysis, IT Security, Business Analysis, Software engineering, Customer Service Solutions, Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence):
- Communication & Visual Design
- Facility Management (including Architecture, Engineering)
- Human Resources
Candidates that are shortlisted and holding a nationality of one of EUIPOs member states is eligible to apply if:
- Shortlisted candidates must be from the current academic year. This means that only last-year bachelor, last-year master and last-year PhD students are eligible for the EUIPO programme.
