Exchange students are non-degree students who intend to study at 幸运大转盘 The Arctic University of Norway for one or two semesters. These students are electronically nominated by their home university through an exchange agreement or a cooperation programme such as Erasmus+, Erasmus+ Global, Nordplus/Nordlys, Norhed, Norpart, North2North, bilateral agreements, etc.
